Over the past two years, Peripheral Vascular Partners Physician Practice has been dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to our valued patients. However, due to financial difficulty, we have made the difficult decision to close our doors. We understand that this news may come as a surprise, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
While we are closing our practice, we want to assure you that your medical records will be handled with the utmost care and professionalism. We have partnered with Desert River Solutions, a reputable medical records management company, to securely store and manage all patient records beginning 2/26/24. Desert River Solutions has extensive experience in handling medical records and will ensure that your information remains confidential and accessible to you as needed.

Please note that there may be a nominal fee associated with the retrieval and delivery of your records, as per industry standards.
